Wrought Iron

Wrought iron is an ideal material for arbors and trellises because of its strength and durability. In a process that has developed over centuries, wrought iron is repeatedly heated and shaped by our craftsmen until it reaches its desired final form. This means it’s completely customizable, whether you prefer a sleek and minimalist modern look or a more traditional feel.

Additionally, wrought iron is very strong, and with proper care can last for decades. Our wrought iron arbors are hot dip galvanized, which adds a zinc coating to the metal that prevents oxidation. We then prime and paint over it for finishing to provide long term protection from the elements.

Aluminum

We also design arbors and trellises from aluminum, which can be either primed and painted like wrought iron or powder coated for a long-lasting natural finish. Typically black or bronze tone in color, aluminum is lightweight, durable, and low maintenance.

How Tall and Wide is a Typical Metal Arbor?
